Especially designed for those children not tall enough for the Carnival rides, this Cap'n Kidd's Zone will feature a Texas State Aquarium exhibit, a KEDTV challenge game (first weekend), the Gladys Porter Zoo (second weekend), Pirate treasure hunts, Storytelling, and face painting & balloon design courtesy of Time Warner Cable.
